Huge basement has room for 3 more bedrooms, a huge family room, a bathroom, and lots of storage! The basements are framed and insulated on the exterior walls.

Master bath has a nice separate soaking tub and standing shower!

Love the laminate wood floors...perfect for easy maintenance and it looks great!

This is the front room when you walk in the front door! This is where the Kitchen and Dining Area will be! Love all the windows...this is such a nice layout!

This is where the Great Room is! It has a nice, big patio off the great room for entertaining and barbecuing! Kris and Carrie will enjoy living close to the pool and tennis courts too! Perfect Location!

We just has our 4 way meeting, so we are getting really close to completion! This is when the home is completely done being framed, plumbing, electric, and HVAC are all done! Next? Insulation and drywall! I love the posts on the front porch!
